Black Belt Test — December 2003 Action Arts Academy of Taekwondo promoted Sheila Salinas, Daniel Hockstedler, Phillip Smith and Matt Engel to 1st-degree black belt and Nick Pleskonko to 2nd-degree black belt. The candidates fulfilled their requirements during a six-hour test from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., including forms, self-defense and two hours of sparring. |
